When it comes to fitness, everyone has specific needs and goals. We offer competitive prices and assessment of each new client on a one-on-one basis. We work with you on healthy and balanced lifestyle choices so you can make sustainable changes and reach your goal.
Group class - 30 min | Mon - Fri
Come join our high intensity stationary cycling class. It’s a great workout with low impact on your joints. Spinning sessions includes varying intensity levels that provides great cardio and strength training.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Group class - 1 hour
Expect fast results - our trainers and your fellow group members will push you harder than you would usually push yourself - after all, the Bootcamp was originally inspired by military training.
Bootcamp sessions available at Portarlington RFC.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Individual/ small group - 1 hour
Just what the description says - personal training. A program unique to you and your fitness goals. During a typical personal training session you will be watched to check if you have proper form during movements and exercises.

We place a high value on injury prevention. Our coaches are trained to teach the movements correctly and keep a constant eye on participants during classes to check the use of equipment and exercises, for increased flexibility and increase of muscle strength.

Since I joined Powerhouse I have increased my fitness and overall well being. Before joining here my motivation to move was at an all time low. I come from a very sporty family and used to be an athlete years ago, but the kids came along and life happened. It’s really great to join a community where people motivate and support each other to reach even higher goals than what they started out with. The guys are well qualified and I am really glad I joined here!
